Return Policy:

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
These include: 

• 7.3 Godzilla takeout packages
• 7.3 Godzilla takeout Engines
• 7.3 Godzilla Engine and transmission packages
• Opened camshafts
• Opened internal Engine components 
• Custom ordered parts
• Control packs with custom tunes 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a manufacturer defective item, please contact us at godzillagarage73@gmail.com [•] with details of the product and the defect. All returns must be shipped at customer expense and must be accompanied by a valid return authorization RMA number.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect, at our discretion and pending inspection/investigation.

All orders are shipped with freight insurance. Any damages in transit must be documented and reported within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to assist with the shipping claims process, we also do our upmost to package all shipments properly to avoid damages; however accidents do occur in shipping and are completely outside of our control.

7.3 Godzilla Engine takeout packages are sold without warranty.

Takeout packages have delivery mileage only and have been run on a Ford Certified Engine dyno.

Takeout Packages are not “ready to run” and will require unlocking of the PCM, completion of wiring, fuel system etc. Godzilla Garage is not responsible for supplying or recommending these parts.
